At EnderTech, we offer two primary retainer plans:

Block Retainers for Basic Maintenance

If you want access to consistent and competent resources, but your needs tend to be a little here, a little there, then a block retainer plan is right for you.

The principles of the plan are simple. You purchase a block of time at a rate discounted according to the size of the block, and that time remains a credit to your account until used, never expiring.

You contact your Account Manager when you need service, and he will provide an estimate if needed and set your expectations about when the most appropriate resource can be scheduled to work on the job.

The developers book time against your account as they work, and when your block starts to near zero, your Account Manager will alert you in case you wish to refill your credit.

Monthly Retainers for Continual Service

If you want one or more dedicated resources assigned to your account for non-stop development work and access at the drop of a hat, then a monthly retainer is the right plan for you.

In exchange for a minimum monthly commitment, you will receive a discounted rate and direct access to a dedicated Project Manager who is a highly skilled and experienced developer.

Your Project Manager will respond to your requests and either execute the work directly or delegate to the most appropriate engineer on our team. Developers and your PM will book time to your account up to the agreed upon monthly minimum. You will be alerted as that threshold is reached, and will have the option to continue beyond that minimum at a discounted rate, or pause until the next month.
